My New Lens

Last week I got a new camera lens! It's the Canon 50mm f/1.4 USM, a portrait lens! We went to two nearby parks last Saturday and Andrew modeled for me so I could try it out. I thought the pictures turned out very nice, but I could be slightly prejudiced because I think the subject is the handsomest guy on the planet.







In other news...

I'm going to see my family next week! Can't wait. I'll get to meet Adam, finally!

Andrew and I were extras in a movie last weekend. The movie is called Caroline and is set in the Regency era. We were extras mainly during the dancing scenes, but we also got to do another scene where David is telling me some entertaining story and I'm giggling at it. Andrew walks up, gives David a cold look, as if telling him to get away from his girl, and David makes his exit. It was fun.
