We visited a lighthouse in Newport, walked along the beach in the surf, took lots of pictures, looked for sea creatures in the tide pools, ate milkshakes and had a splendid time together.
It was impossible to pick only a couple pictures to post, so I'm going to post more than a few.

The Yaquina Lighthouse
This was taken about halfway up the lighthouse.

The lighthouse is still in use and its light can be seen up to 22 miles out at sea.
Yes, I did get in the water and yes, it was cold!
Now we're off to the tulip farms in Woodburn!

Hope we get to go to the lighthouse when we're there! It's all so beautiful. Breanna will love all the water and sand, I think! Can't wait!
