Veteran's Day Parade

Today I attended the nation's second largest Veteran's Day parade in Albany, Oregon to hear/watch my husband play in the Fife & Drum Corps. Not being a part of the parade, I followed along through the crowded sidewalks and took pictures of the Civil War reenactors... especially my guy.

The pictures were great. Andrew, Brian, and David look pretty cool in their uniforms. I could almost hear the fife and drums!

That's so cool you were there! I was wondering what that parade was like. We live really close to where it happened but had other things going on that day, so we didn't go.
You were probably with in 3 minutes of our house!
Glad to see you are enjoying newly married life like us! Isn't it just the greatest thing ever? I NEVER dreamed it would be SO beautifully wonderful, being married!
Take care!
